Fun over the weekend!

On Saturday we had lunch at a lovely place here however, the girls were less than thrilled with the food. Since we live around so many buses, Olivia has really been wanting to ride one. After lunch we got on the free Mall Ride Bus with and headed down about 5 or 6 blocks to the hot dog vendor, who sells awesome hot dogs for $.75. We got the hotdogs and headed back on the bus. The girls were absolutely thrilled and Jim even sang "The Wheels on the Bus".

Since weve moved here we have been looking for a church which is not an easy task. Its very much like finding a home for your soul. Ive been trying to find churches online and then visiting them. Sunday we also had plans to meet my Uncle Joe and Aunt Beth and their daughter Amy out for lunch. My church plans tried to stay close to the restaraunt we chose. We got all dressed and ready to go but when we pulled up to the church decided it wasnt the one for us, so we wasted time until our lunch date. I hate getting ready and not going to church. I wish i could just find a church home!

Lunch was at Casa Bonita which is an awesome place. We used to have one in Tulsa and I think it recently reopened. The food is not so great but the activities and atmosphere are awesome. They had cliff divers that jumped between 13 and 30 feet into a small pool. There was a puppet show that both girls loved. My highlight was playing skee ball which I love! The girls got into it too and loved playing with the balls. It was kind of like juggling, rolling my ball and moving their ball so it didnt get in the way. All 5 of the adults played and I think we got 140 tickets which we got 2 tiny whales and 2 little cush ball bug things. Good investment of our money dont ya think?

It was great to be with family. Olivia really took to Uncle Joe and even called him Papa Joe at one point. When we were waiting for the diver to jump, Olivia was with Uncle Joe and he said she was saying "Jump in the water! You can do it!" I always said I wanted a cheerleader. Weve spent a couple of days just with my cousin Amy so Olivia was very fond of her. At point both girls were crawling all over Amy! Made me feel so glad it wasnt me!
