Sisterhood Weigh-in

I am down another pound! Woo hoo!

Some things that I am enjoying in my diet:
Homemade egg mcmuffins: WW English muffin, 1 egg made in the microwave, Canadian bacon, 1 slice of cheese and salsa. It is so yummy.

Little Debbie's 100 calorie chocolate cake - These are the real deal but just a super small portion. Love them!

Progresso Lite soup- The one thing I need to watch with these are the sodium content.

My goal for the week is to drink more water. My first week doing the challenge I did really great. Somehow I would rather drink coffee all day when it's cold.

Only 3 more pounds till I get my new shoes!

  1. Ooooh, i'm going to have to check out those little debbie cakes. I don't have a huge sweet tooth and something small like that would really hit the spot after a nice healthy dinner. My little sin...LOL

  4. That is awesome Kari! I also need to work on drinking more water. It's hard. Would drinking hot tea help?? That's mostly water, and if you don't add any sugar or anything??? In fact, I may go make some now! The power of suggestion...

    I often make an egg sandwich before I go to work of a morning. Piece of toast buttered, slice of sausage (pre-cooked from Wal-Mart's frozen section), scrambled egg (in the microwave). No cheese, no salsa - but I might add some. I do pepper the egg. Then I read my Bible and eat before I fix my lunch and head off. Great breakfast! Glad you enjoy it. Glad you are losing weight.
