Pictures

I dont know if you remember last years story about the fireworks but this year was a little better. Here are pictures from last year.

Anyway we walked to the park here in Kirkwood with my parents, where we enjoyed a live band that was great! The girls enjoyed dancing around with their flags and running around etc. At one point Ava asked me to dance and she would hold my hands for about a second and then do a somersault. I guess shes watched too much dancing with the stars. LOL!

When the fireworks started Olivia immediately got in my lap with her face on my chest. She turned in such a way that she could hide her eyes if she wanted to. It was better than last year where her body was embedded in mine so that gives me hopes for next year. Ava loved the fireworks! She was clapping and lifting her hands! Its funny how different they are. I started to have my own freak out just as Olivia began watching them. Fireworks debris started raining down on us which feels weird especially when its in your eyes. I was definitely ready for it to be over! All in all we had a great time!
