Flushed Away. . .

My life has been so wrapped up with potty training lately that my creative side is apparently taking a vacation. LOL! Translation: I am having a hard time thinking of what to write.

I do want to wish my Dad happy birthday last Monday. My girls sang him happy bday on the phone. Unfortunately Ava sang Happy Bday Mimi! Its funny because she doesnt realize you can input any one's name in the song. I remember when Olivia learned the song. It was on Ava's bday so she sang happy bday Ava for ever. Olivia would have been 2 years adjusted and Ava is just over 2 years adjusted. I think that's an interesting observation.

Ava is really getting the whole potty thing. They sit on their potty chairs watching morning TV. When Ava does her business, she gets up and brings the container to the bathroom to put in the toilet. This of course makes its own mess but I like it that she's efficient. The other day she went on it and I asked did you do it? Olivia looked in their and said yep she did it. There it was #2 and we were so proud.

Olivia is still have issues but they are getting better every day. The other day she did her business and after finishing she looked in and said I actually did it! She had success last night so we called Mimi and Papa. She yelled EXCITEDLY in the phone I pee peed in the potty! So like I said we are getting more and more successful.

And this is why I havent blogged in a few days because this post has gone down the toilet! Hope you are yours are doing well!
