New Year Ramblings
I think the start of the New Year always motivates me. In fact I think it over motivates me. I get so ambitious on all the things I want to do.
Working out is a BIG priority to me. There may even be a 5K in my future. Sticker charts are incredible motivators for my children so I am trying that out for myself. I proudly put my first sticker on my chart yesterday.
An even bigger priority is reading my Bible. I am going to read through my Bible this year! Oh yes I am!
I want to be more involved in my church as well. I really love my church but even after going there over a year I don't feel connected with others. Obviously that is my fault but it would be so nice to be invited to things at church. (I think this paragraph may surprise my real life friends because people think of me as super outgoing but I do have my shy moments.)
As always cleaning and organizing is a hurdle for me but I am going to work on getting a handle on them!
One other thing I need to work on is blogging. I started this blog to document my children's lives and I feel like I am slipping on that. Facebook is sabotaging that!
Do you have any goals to work on this year?
Hey Kari, Our church (and our family is participating) is going through the new testament in 30 days for the new year. Want to join us? Go to

You can be very proud of your goals - I am.
Love you!
