Kiss Me I'm Shrinking
I haven't posted on my weight or exercise plan in a while but let's be honest I haven't blogged about much of anything lately. The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans finished the valentine challenge and started a 3 week challenge. Admittedly during the first challenge I lost about 7 lbs but for the last 3 weeks I had reached a plateau. I have lost and gained the same weight over and over.
To start the new challenge I actually broke through and lost 1 lb to start it at 156. Silly enough I talked my awesome workout partner into taking a spinning class. Susan is way more fit than I am and she did awesome. I struggled through the class so much. I could go into detail but it's just not pretty.
Well between that class and sticking to eating right, I have lost another 2 lbs. To bring my total during the challenges down 10 lbs and down 12 since Christmas! Woo hoo!
The other workout aid that is fun and has really helped is my Wii Fit. While it doesn't replace a workout in the gym but when I can't get to the gym I love using it. The girls like to see themselves cheering me on with their Miis while I workout!

ReplyDeleteI've played with the Wii Fit a bit, and it was fun...of course I enjoyed the yoga and balance exercises more than the aerobic ones.
