Not sure what happened. . .

Thanks for checking in here to see if I've gotten off the couch and wiped the bon bons off my face. Funny enough I just go through spurts where I fall off the technological wagon. I generally read all kinds of blogs and even that is piling up in google reader.

A friend asked me if everything was going OK. Maybe nothing was going on and I had no material. Unfortunately that couldn't be further from the truth. In my camera sits several blog posts. In my head I am writing the cute little antics of my babies. I guess just every once in a while a break is a good thing. Please don't misinterpret this post like I am depressed. Life is just super busy.

I have been planning Christmas for my mom's family. Every other year, we get together in Branson, MO. My mom has 6 sisters and the family totals well over 60 people. I've been busy checking in with my Aunts and cousins all over the country to see what they want to do. I really wish I had an excuse every month or so to call them. So why don't I?

I am apart of a parent NICU group and hopefully we are planning a reunion/walk for the NICU next year. That is going to be exciting and no lie, a bit overwhelming.

Another thing that happened during my "bloggy break" was my dear friend Terri went to China to finally meet her daughter. She and her husband were super adventurous and I think they truly soaked in the country. You can read all about it here. Terri, Keegan and Katie came over yesterday and Katie is already totally immersed in their family. It is such a beautiful thing.

I think I am through rambling for today. Hopefully tomorrow we will return to our regularly scheduled programming. Here's a question for you faithful readers. Do you like more pictures or more writing. In the past I have tried to do a mix but Ive gotten lazy with the pictures. As I am typing this I am thinking, "It doesn't matter what 'they' say. At the end of the day this blog is a record of my life." But definitely thanks for your input all the same.
