Update on everything!

Preschool - Olivia continues to love Preschool. Her teachers love her as well. The kids have the opportunity to go the Atelier, a place where they fun art stuff. I really want Olivia to check it out but to date she hasnt done so. I was asking her teacher about it and she says Olivia loves playing, so much so that she has a hard time getting her to do the in class art projects. Apparently Olivia loves playing with the boys!

She also talks about Isabella and Jessica. Jessica is a sweet little girl who is Asian. Her mother speaks very limited English and it seems that Jessica is kind of shy. Mrs. Young told me today that Olivia has kind of taken Jessica under her wing so to speak. That shows me what a caring little girl she is and that makes me so proud.

Her gym teacher is also very proud of her. Mrs. Cruz said that even though things may be hard for Olivia to do she tries very hard. Another AH moment!

Evaulation- I got a call from the school district wanting some more information about Olivia. They will be observing her at preschool. I am hoping that we can at least get the ball rolling on services soon!

Ava- I have so enjoyed spening one on one time with my Ava. She is so cute and quite funny. She enjoys telling me how to drive and where to turn. She was singing the song "This is the day" on Tuesday in the car. I taught Olivia to sing "This is the day, Woo, this is the day that the Lord hath made." Ava cant say the woo part so it comes out Oooo but in such a funny way that I cant describe.

Today we went with our MOPS group to a nursing home. All the kids wore there halloween costumes which delighted everyone. At one point I got Ava to shake people's hands. I had to tell her to be gentle because she was really shaking their arms.
