A visit with the Grandparents

We went to visit Jims parents yesterday and as always had a great time! The girls stayed with Granny and Grandpa while Jim and I went to Mardel and Target.

I love my Target as the town we live in does not have one. Jim said We have Walmart, whats the difference. Oh my, how do you explain that to the male species. Walmart and Target just do not compare. After my son died I think I went to Target at least once a week, if not every day. I called it my therapy!

At Mardel I got a couple of songs to sing at church and I got the book The Nativity Story.
This book was written by Angela Hunt. I found this author through my sister-in-law whose production company bought the rights to her book The Note. I absolutely loved this book and began to read everything Ms. Hunt has written. She is a Christian author who writes all kinds of different books. The plots are well written and arent that predictable which I love. I recently found Ms. Hunts blog. Since Ive read her books and her blog I feel like we are best friends, silly me.

So I said all that to say how excited I am not only to read the book but see the movie. It just happens to be a subject that I love anyway. The birth of Christ is such a miraculous plan that God had.
