Cowgirls?

Jim always sings a song that Willie Nelson made famous: "Mommas dont let your babies grow up to be cowboys. . ." Olivia piped up tonight and sang the song with him. It was funny because somehow we didnt realize she knew the song. So as I was getting her ready for bed I asked her what she wanted to do when she grew up. Did she want to be a doctor, lawyer. . . No she said to everything I mentioned, I want to be a cowgirl and so does Ava. She is so funny!

I got out the halloween costumes today. I bought a princess outfit for Olivia like 2 years ago that she could finally wear this year but alas its somewhere in storage. So I went to Walmart and got a Poodle outfit thinking it would be for Olivia. I got out her costume from last year, which was a butterfly with a tutu. She saw that and immediately it was hers and she said the poodle outfit was Avas. They both wanted them on and wore the costumes all day long. Ava makes an incredibly cute poodle. Just wait for the pictures!

One last thing. . . I went to my mom and dad's old house. (They finally got an offer on it.) My parents lived there for 35 years. It was the house they brought me home from the hospital in etc. Funny enough without the furniture, pictures and most importantly the love, its just a house. So glad that someone else can live in that house and hopefully have love too!
