Interesting experience

I had this experience today that I could and should title something differently.

Today as Olivia ate a banana I was in the other room. I heard this sound like a cat with a fur ball and I realized that the sound was coming from Olivia. I ran into kitchen and saw that Olivia was choking. Visions of the Heimlich manuever ran through my head as I picked her up. Fortunately the banana piece flew without with any extreme measures. Praise the Lord! It really scared Olivia and me.

Some how I thought she would be forever through with bananas, I mean I know I would have. She came back into the kitchen after she caught her breath and got a drink and said I think I will try the banana again!

Maybe I should have titled this post "The day I saved Olivia's life" or "Thank God for the NICU training" Whatever you want to call it I am eternally greatful!
