Merry Christmas

"I wanna wish you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart!"

Gotta love this holiday as it is a special day to remember Jesus and Gods incredible plan for the life of His Son! It is also a magical time to share traditions and such with my small children. Last night we went to Christmas mass with Jims family. Lets just say that taking an overly tired almost 2 year old and her older sister was not a fun thing on my list! In fact I got to stay in the cry room or outside most of the time. I did however get to see my adorable neices Emma and Julia perform in the Christmas pageant!

Gift giving with the inlaws was a little chaotic as both Olivia and Ava want to play with the same thing at the same time. My mil gave Olivia an awesome keyboard with a microphone and Ava a tricycle. You can see it coming cant you? Yes Ava wanted to play with the keyboard and Olivia didnt want her to! So right that was way fun!

We are headed on a trip to be with my moms family and there are MANY little ones this year. I think there are like 12 little kids. Oh my! Hopefully it will be fun and I wont have to referee any!

I wanted to say in closing, while Christmas can be a happy time, there are those who are hurting. Some over the loss of loved ones, job or just lonely. I have walked in those shoes not so recently. Just remember God is there and He loves you very much!
