Wedding Funnies

We went to a wedding yesterday of one of Jim's employees. The wedding started at 1:34 and I asked Jen why and she said several reasons including her future mother-in-law is always late etc. Well it was a good thing because we came flying into the church about 1:33 and sat down right before the family was seated.

We sat at almost the last row in the church and the girls were able to sit on the aisle and see the whole ceremony well. I practically had to keep Ava from going into the aisle and that made Olivia tense too.

Fortunately when we went on our trip last weekend, I put in 2 Color wonders that I got on sale at Target. I pulled those life savers out and the girls were quiet during the whole thing.

I guess at the very end something happened and everything got quiet. Ava said "Hunh!" in that very quiet moment. I grabbed her and put my hand over her mouth while I was laughing. Olivia said "I tried giving her a warning!" Ava informed me "It's not nice to put your hand on some one's mouth." By this time the wedding was over and I was free to laugh and laugh. Ava stood on the aisle as the wedding party went out. She waved at everyone as if it were a parade.

A fun time was definitely had by all!
