The surgery is over

You may or may not remember but Ava had tubes put in her ears early this morning. Shes doing very well, sleeping off the drugs! The pre and post op took longer than the surgery. The ENT dr talked to us after the surgery. He said that Ava is a breath holder. When they put the gas on her to put her to sleep, she held her breath because it probably was stinky. The drs and nurses got a kick out of that. I asked him if hed ever seen that and he said not very often. He said I can tell your daughter is VERY determined! Ava? Oh yes, determined is an understatement.
