Hello Friends!

Today the girls are going to NICU follow up here for the first time. Weve been many times where we used to live. This is where they tell you if the girls are developmentally delayed or whatever. They basically point out all the things they arent doing even though the fact that they started out so little isnt really a wow for them. Olivias OT gave me a heads up on the doctor yesterday, saying not that great of a bedside manner. So I am trying to prepare for that. Of course Im not sure you ever prepare for it. The day Ava came off oxygen last year was the same day they scored Olivia unbelievably low on her develompent test. Come on, you take them to a strange place, with people they dont know and ask them to do silly things. Oh well, that girl has come so far!

Last night we went to a dance benefit for another preemie baby. It was so cute to see Olivia watch all the little dancing girls. She really enjoyed herself and maybe shes starting to see the importance of being up on your feet. LOL!

Jim is coming home this afternoon for the weekend! I am looking forward to seeing him! He is enjoying his job and I think the company really values his service!
