Fire department

Well I was sitting here enjoying my morning coffee and chatting with internet friends when the power surged and then I smelled smoke! I called my dad and he suggested to call the fire department. I didnt see smoke, just smelled it. I guess I was more scared after talking to my brother in law whos house really caught on fire. The smoke alarm didnt go off until the firemen got there. So the guys show up with lights and sirens and come in. The smell of smoke was very faint. It appears to be nothing but was I scared!

On a side note, when I was pregnant with Dylan I was rushed from one hospital to another by ambulance. I was upset because I got no lights and sirens because I was very sick and it might cause seizures. Well today my journey has come full circle with the fire engines lights and sirens. I love you Dylan!
